Some refer to these pans as egg poachers or molds. Either way, this set is a great addition to a farmhouse kitchen. Copper with brass handles and great patina.. I advise against actual cooking in this pan. Use it as decor on a wall or prop up on an open shelf. I attached jute ties for hanging.
